Chief Stewardess- private 50m -Non Rotation

Seeking a personable, polished, experienced Chief Stewardess for a private 50m FF, M/Y.  Owners are a close-knit family with adult children and grandchildren.
Current Chief Stew is leaving after 3 years and is going land based. You will have a full handover, and she will be available to answer any questions after she steps off the vessel.
 
Excellent references and longevity on prior vessels are required.
 
Crew of 9 - 3 on the interior. Excellent Captain that has been with the owners for several years.

We are looking for the following skills and attributes in the ideal candidate:
Prior experience of at least 1 -2+ years as a Chief Stewardess on a similar sized vessel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confidence and ability to provide excellent service to the guests. You must be confident in everything from family style, buffets to sliver service. Highly organized and with an impeccable eye for detail. Solid knowledge of new and old-world wines. Cocktail knowledge. Computer savvy. Experience with accounting, spreadsheets, inventories. Must be comfortable around young children as owners have several grandchildren Absolute non smoker/non vaper, minimal visible tattoos
B1/B2 visa in hand.
Start date~ December 1st
Salary~ $ 8000 per month- review after 90 days.
38 days paid leave, 1 R/T flight per year. Full medical, Seasonal bonus – based on amount of guest usage.
