Part-time Housekeeper for busy working couple in large home in Lavender Bay, Sydney LAVM

A lovely couple with grown up children is seeking help in their home located in Lavender Bay (North Sydney). We are looking for someone with lots of energy as being a large home there are 3-4 levels you will need to negotiate on a daily basis.

Duties will start at 9:00am with helping clean up after breakfast, cleaning, dusting both indoor and outdoor furniture, ensuring the entry foyer and other outdoor areas are always neat and presentable, carrying out laundry duties (some hand-washing of delicates), ironing will be minimal but a requirement.  Other duties general housekeeping and organising, cleaning storage/cupboard/drawer areas and generally having a very high level of detail.

Generally hours will be 9am – 1pm Monday to Thursday.

Requirements:

• Must be an Australian resident as we are seeking longevity for the years to come;
• Previous housekeeping experience in private homes;
• A high level of attention to detail;
• Ability to work without supervision;
• Knowledge of laundry, (including delicates), sorting, washing and ironing;
• Able to run errands on occasions or pick up items from local supermarket, etc.
• Happy to provide meal preparation on occasion.
• Hold a Police Check;
• Drivers License;

Hourly rate of up to $50 per hour depending on experience and number of hours to be worked is on offer for the right person.
