Interior Manager

ROTATIONAL INTERIOR MANAGER 80M + We are seeking a Interior Manager for a busy private/charter program. Typically a dual season program, however this winter is in yard in Europe.  Start date: December 28th.  10 week rotation Salary DOE    Good crew retention; longevity desired Focus on Crew Welfare  Sporty/active/healthy crew  A lot of entertainment, creativity, parties, theme nights  Fine dining, culinary excellence, wine appreciation/knowledge (WSET L2 desired)  Handover with current Interior Manager Candidates will hold 5+ years in the industry with ideally 2+ years as a Chief Stew on 60m+ vessels. Those who have proven experience in senior roles on large vessels and are confident to take a step up will also be considered. We are looking for someone with great leadership skills. Every member of the interior team is valued, including their opinions and input. As the Interior Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the interior department including provisioning, interior HR, party and special events organising along with shipyard planning for interior projects. We are seeking someone who is kind and compassionate. The crew culture is very much a family-feel onboard and in order to maintain that positive and supportive energy, people in positions of influence need to understand the delicate balance of work/life needed for a yacht with a schedule this busy.
