Experienced Captain--SAIL

CAPTAIN for PRIVATE 77 Lagoon FOREIGN FLAGGED -Isle of Man- currently located in France.
MUST BE Fluent in Spanish and English
 
Vessel plans to cross the Atlantic mid-November,2025/2026 itinerary cruising the Caribbean, Bahamas, and US East Coast, among other regions.
 
Looking for a Professional SAILING Captain with proven experience, confident in their navigational and technical skills on sailing vessels of similar or greater length.
 
MUST have at least YACHT MASTERS RATING, current B1/B2 visa/Schengen (if applicable), STCW, ENG1
Salary: TBD **TEAM to be considered with Cook/Stew partner
Culture: Ability to balance family commitments with the demands of long periods dedicated to the operation of the boat. Personality: Oriented toward genuine hospitality, demonstrating empathy and the ability to work as part of a team while providing the highest level of service to guests. This position requires a Captain who treats the yacht as his own and remains available electronically during off-season periods to address any situations that may arise, with compensation provided for these services.
 
Six-month contract with the possibility of extension, renewable each season
 
Compensation package to include International Crew Medical, roundtrip airfare, Gratuity for trips with guests other than Owners, Annual Bonus. Program is under management company
