Assistant House Manager- Private Estates – Gold Coast

An amazing opportunity has become available for a hospitality professional based on the Gold Coast to be trained up as an assistant house manager. (AHM)

Working across 3 X locations (Gold Coast Hinterland, Surfers Paradise & Miami Beach) the role will be largely housekeeping focused but with the kicker of being trained to take on house manager duties.

There is allot of development within this family and there will be opportunities to step up in the future within the owner’s portfolio , also relieving the House Manager in their absence.

As travel between locations is required the AHM must have their own vehicle but travel expenses / fuel will be paid by owners.

The AHM will need a keen eye for detail, have experience with maintaining interiors residences or superyachts but also be interested in being involved with the coordinating of high-end events.

The role will largely be Monday to Friday , 8:30am-4:30pm , but with flexibility to work some weekends if events are scheduled.

The Ideal Candidate

• Gold Coast based with own accommodation
• Yacht , residence or strong hospitality background
• Housekeeping / detailing experience
• Excellent time management experience
• Can take on out of the box tasks
• Interested in being trained up in service / event management
• Own transport & License
• Interested in a long term commitment
• Working rights for Australia

Start: 4-6 weeks

Salary: $35-$40 AUD / hour , fulltime hours  DOE
