  • Are you seeking a part-time Housekeeper (2-days) role on the Northern Beaches?
  • Are you available Mondays and ideally a Tuesday or Wednesday?

A young family located in Collaroy Plateau is seeking a part-time Housekeeper for a minimum of 1-2 days per week to start.  Ideally you will be available on Mondays, then either Tuesday or Wednesday from 8:30am – 3:00pm.

If you enjoy cooking healthy, pescatarian meals this will be a bonus but not a requirement to fulfil the role.  Duties will revolve around general housekeeping and home management such as taking care of laundry, keeping kitchen clean (fortnightly cleaner in place), watering pot plants, ensuring household supplies are always in stock (online shopping account provided), light cleaning and tidying and other general duties to ensure the home is kept in tip-top shape!

We are seeking someone with the following attributes:

  • Must be Australian Permanent Resident and able to commit long term;
  • Self-motivated, good initiative and able to follow direction;
  • Excellent Housekeeping and Laundry skills;
  • Ability to provide meals (pescatarian) for the family a BONUS;
  • Be detail oriented with strong organisational skills;
  • Police Check required.

Start Date:          October/November 2024

Salary:                  An hourly rate of $40-$45 depending on skills and experience is on offer

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
