Rotational Chief engineer for a 45m Private program

Dual season charter yacht seeking a Y3 level C/E for a 10 week swing rotation. Must be a hands on engineer, strong with reporting and organization. There is 2nd engineer onboard whose time is split between engine room and deck. We are looking for candidates who have longevity and experience on a similar size yacht.
