Chief Stewardess – 70m Charter M/YDöhle Yacht Crew are looking for an experienced Chief Stewardess to join a busy 70m M/Y.The ideal candidate will have a mature and nurturing personality.  The yacht needs someone who can lead by example and who is happy to train junior crew, bringing together the interior crew of 6 to form a strong team that works well together, meeting the the expectations of owners and guests.  There is no purser onboard so the role will also include interior accounting and guest concierge services. The yacht is usually dual season, charter and private usage, however they will remain in Europe this winter for maintenance.  This offers a good opportunity for the new Chief Stewardess to implement new systems and training for the interior team. This is not a rotational role.  They are offering a salary of Euro 7500+ doe with 60 days leave.  Start date can be flexible.  Fluent English is essential, with additional languages a plus.
