A family currently completing a high end, luxury residence located on the Northern Beaches of Sydney is seeking a highly experienced Executive Housekeeper and Caretaker (Couple) to maintain the standards of cleaning and housekeeping for the family and their guests.  The newly built residence to be completed in October 2025, (although prior employment can be arranged for the right persons) will accommodate between 2 – 10 family members/guests at times.  Your duties will also involve the setting up of the rooms prior to guest’s arrival and management of all residential facilities as required.

The property is expansive, with the residence itself boasting over 2,000m2 of internal living and entertaining spaces

For the housekeeper role we are seeking someone with the following attributes:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in private housekeeping
• Assisting in Meal Preparation and Guest Service at times;
• A very strong eye for detail;
• Self-motivated, good initiative and able to follow direction;
• Excellent Housekeeping and Laundry skills;
• Be detail oriented with strong organisational skills;
• Police Check required.

For the Caretaker role we are seeking the following:

• A love of the outdoors;
• Knowledge of gardening;
• Experienced in outdoor maintenance which may include minor carpentry repairs and other maintenance issues, minor gardening, pool care, vehicle presentation, pressure washing pathways and other general handyman duties;
• Willing to assist inside the home with additional housekeeping/cleaning tasks as required.

• Police Check required
• Drivers License (Car will be provided)
• First Aid preferred

Salary:   A generous salary will be negotiated for the right couple.
