We require a Sous Chef to join a 100m+ private yacht 
Start Date: mid to end of September
Looking for a candidate who can work under pressure assisting a 2nd chef and head chef  in a high paced enviroment
Ideal person will have 1-2 years in a similar position or a background  working in a high end hotel/restaurant or luxury cruise background.  

Candidates must have:
  • STCW Basic Training 
  • ENG1
  • Food and Hygiene Level 2 or 3
  • Crisis management/crowd management
  • 1 year experience on a 60m+ or high end hotel/restaurant experience
  • Ships Cook Certificate a bonus

Package on offer: 2:2 Rotation -
USD Salary DOE
B1/B2 Visa a bonus

Itinerary: Worldwide 

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
