Co - Manager for private Villa -Tahiti.

Viking Crew are looking for a dynamic and experienced Co-manager for a 6 star luxury Villa in Tahiti.

This position may suit a couple who want to split the work or a solo candidate
Must speak French and English

The ideal candidate will be familiar with all technical aspects of property management, maintain a substantial knowledge of electrical systems and maintenance, and will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our luxurious villa. 

 Key Responsibilities:
Property Management:
Oversee the daily operations of the villa, ensuring high standards of service and maintenance.
Coordinate and manage property maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in property management or a similar role in a Forbes 5-star hotel or equivalent.
Strong technical knowledge of property systems and maintenance.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Fluent in both French and English
