Live in or Live Out Nanny/Manny/Mother’s Assistant opportunity in Tallebudgera! - MANM

A busy mum and her two school aged boys is seeking a Nanny/Mentor (males welcome) who is able to provide support for the boys which would include supervision in the mornings and again in the afternoons. Duties will include drop off and pick up from the bus-stop, provide age-appropriate activities, follow the family routine, prepare their meals, organise their leisure time and importantly be available to stay with the boys when mum needs to travel interstate for a couple of days at a time throughout the month.

The hours are flexible but based on 6:30am – 8:30am and then 3:30pm – 7:30pm Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work by mutual arrangement. If you’re skilled in the outdoors there is also work to be done on the property which could fill additional days with property maintenance such as gardening/mowing and general upkeep of the abundant acreage.

There is the opportunity to live in as there is separate loft accommodation available on the property.

Requirements include:

• Previous experience with primary aged children;
• Able to prepare healthy and nutritious meals and snacks;
• Able to proxy-parent when parent is away;
• Provide occasional household shopping and other errands;
• Hold good references from past employers
• Current Police Check and WWCC
• First Aid Certificate advantage
• Permanent resident who can commit to the family long term

Depending on your experience and skills a salary can be negotiated for the right person (live-in our live-out).
