Nanny – Beverly Hills

Silver Swan is thrilled to partner with a prestigious private household located in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, in the search for a dedicated Nanny/Mother's Help. Joining this esteemed family, you'll play an integral role in caring for four children aged 3 to 10 years old. This is a full-time position requiring weekend availability and the flexibility to travel.

Responsibilities: 

•    Assisting with the daily care of the children, including playtime, schoolwork, and recreational activities.
•    Collaborating closely with tutors and schools for additional learning and development.
•    Maintaining the children's bedrooms, toys, clothes, and belongings.
•    Packing and unpacking luggage during travel and accompanying the family on outings.
•    Following the family's calendar to ensure preparedness for upcoming activities and trips.

Qualifications:

•    Experienced with younger children aged 2-5 as well as children aged 7-10.
•    Must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience working in UHNW or HNWI private households.
•    Positive, energetic, and service-oriented attitude with a keen understanding of professional boundaries.
•    Able to engage in educational activities, games, sports, and recreational fun with the children.
•    Organized and proactive in managing the children's schedules, activities, and personal belongings.
•    Comfortable with housekeeping duties and working collaboratively with other household staff.
•    Enjoys traveling and has complete flexibility to accompany the family on shorter weekend trips and longer international travels.

Package: 

•    Salary: $80,000 – $85,0000 per annum 
•    HMO type health insurance coverage.
•    14 days of paid time off (PTO) and 6 days of sick PTO.
•    Discretionary bonus.
