Small Yacht Captain

Responsible for all operations, In charge of navigation, legal and regulatory compliance, crew management, safety for passengers, crew environment and Yacht.

• Resposible for all the safety (FFA + LSA), regular safety drills for the crew and navigational equipment for the safety of Guest, Crew and the Yacht
• Availibilty of the yacht at any given time as required by the owner
• Solving all minor conflicts of crew on board or address the major issues or violations to the higher management to take the necessary action
• Point of contact for all aspects related to the yacht for the management and outside parties (Supplier, contrators & etc.)
• Main point of contact during the guest trip for any of their needs or request
• Overseeing all the activities on board daily, providing weekly report to management and attending regular meeting in the office
• Teaching the crew the best practics to perform their tasks
• Arranging and assigning duties to the crew and in addition to creating night watch schedule
• Keeping the certificates of the yachts update, and in addition assuring that all the crew's certificates are up todate as per the international standards
• Assuring that the yacht does not in any way pollute the environment around it

Educational Qualification and Experience

Basic safety Training + Yacht Captain 200 GT / 4 years as Captain
