Position Snapshot
• $85,000 AUD + Super + tips DOE
• Female only due to cabins
• Ok to assist the chief stewardess with some interior duties

A high profile Australian based charter yacht is looking for a female deckhand to join their team.
The yacht will soon head to the Whitsundays to undertake a busy charter season before heading to Sydney for the peak period over summer.
The vessel will spend most of its time on the QLD coast
The yacht operates a small chase yacht/tender that the deckhand will learn to drive.
Deckhands with a coxswain or higher will be highly considered.
The vessel is home to the usual water toys of leisure and the deckhand should be confident in the water.
Active , fun and vibrant crew team, looking for someone to contribute to a positive team environment onboard , looking to improve their nautical skills , docking, anchoring, bridge watch , tender driving ect
The deckhand will also assist occasionally in the interior when lots of guests are onboard.

The Ideal Candidate
• STCW & Seafarer medical
• Coxswain (preferred)
• Some tender driving experience (not essential)
• Confident in the water
• Looking to upskill their deck skills
• Positive presence within the crew team
• 1-2 years yacht/boat experience
• Work rights for Australia

Start: 2-3 weeks

Salary: $85,000 AUD + Super + Tips DOE
