• 5000 € / month + Tips

A reputable 37m Charter Yacht is on the search for a 1st mate to join their team for an ASAP start in Tahiti
Work hard and reap the benefits, the yacht will be doing a repeat French Polynesia charter season where the crew banked big $$ tips last year (even split)
The 1st Mate will manage a deckhand, running the decks, tenders, water activities and assist the captain onboard the bridge
Several charters confirmed & growing with what looks like will be a bumper season
Must be willing to commit to at least the season onboard but preferably 12 months minimum

Open to all nationalities, worldwide

Can take female or male candidates with cabins

After Tahiti the vessel will likely head to the Caribbean

Start: ASAP (fly next week)

Salary: 5000€ + even split of tips
