Live-in Governess or Governor in Lagos, Nigeria

One of our high-profile clients based in Lagos are looking for a Live-in Governess or Governor to take primary care of their Two (2) children aged 8 and 3 years old in their fully staffed household.

The ideal Governess/Governor will be fluent in English, have a strong academic background (bachelor’s degree), must have previous experience in a VVIP household, be proactive, hands-on, team player, and meticulous in all assigned plans and tasks associated with the children, knowledge of French and Arabic would be a bonus as well as knowledge of the African culture.

Day’s & Hours of work: 10 to 12 h per day, 6 days per week

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Find activities
• Organise the children’s schedule
• Prep for international exams
• Manage fitness
• Serve as a tutor in aiding with schoolwork
• Promote cognitive development preparing the child for advance placements in the best foreign schools

Accommodation: Own flat

Salary: £4,500/£5,000 net per month

Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 3 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
