4th Engineer (MY 100m+)(Min EOOW)

A young, hardworking, trustworthy, highly motivated, rotational 4th Engineer is required by an incredible 100m+ megayacht based primarily in the Mediterranean Sea. Working within a team of four engineers and reporting to the Chief Engineer you will be required to uphold the highest engineering maintenance standards whilst keeping a professional attitude and be willing to support and assist whenever and however necessary. The ideal candidate should hold a minimum EOOW COC and should have experience maintaining a single-handed watch on a large vessel. Yacht experience is not essential but is advantageous. Formal training in a maritime discipline is advantageous. EU and UK passport holders preferred.

This role does require you to be FULLY vaccinated for Covid-19.

The start date is late February thus currently employed persons will be considered.

Job Specification

• Valid STCW '10 Certificates
• Valid ENG1 Medical with no restrictions
• Proficiency in Designated Security Duties (PDSD)
• Certificate of Competency (COC) - Min EOOW or equivalent
• Minimum 1+ Years maritime experience
• Young, motivated and trustworthy individual
• Good health and good sobriety
• Must speak fluent English
• Must have good written references and contact details must be provided
• Must be vaccinated for COVID-19
• EU/UK Passport holders preferred
• Non smoker, no criminal record
