We are urgently looking for a Temporary Butler to work alongside a chef for a family over Christmas and New Years. This is a traditional Butler role, assisting the chef with breakfast, lunch and dinner service. A key part of the role is beautiful table settings, but it is an informal service rather than silver service.

Responsibilities

  • Working alongside the chef, assisting with daily breakfast, lunch and dinner service
  • Daily table setting
  • Flexibility in working location - Cotswolds initially and Cornwall over New Years
  • Provide a professional and personal service to the family

Ideal Candidate

  • Previous private service experience
  • Well presented
  • Have a flexible attitude
  • Willing to travel (UK based only)
  • Highly professional
  • Available immediately and throughout the whole of December, including Christmas day

Package Salary: from £200 per day

Accommodation provided

Potential to work alongside a partner if they are a Housekeeper, as there could be another role available

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
