Looking for a captain/skipper to work full time for a brand new Fountaine Pajot Elba 45 and/or travel with myself and my family from Florida to the Bahamas and Caribbean in June, July and August 2021.

We are all Covid vaccinated and expect the same.

I and my son are ASA certified but with not much experience. We will need to be provided with training competences on operations, maintenance, mechanical, sails, etc.

The boat will arrive in early June to Florida.

It already has a slip in Hollywood (Base).

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on yachts matching the following requirements:

  • Yacht sizes:  < 24m
  • Yacht types:  sailing
  • Yacht uses:   private
  • Experience length:  min 1 year

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the following languages is required: English, Spanish

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
