Couples Position - Captain & Stewardess 30m Private Yacht – Sydney

Are you an experienced team looking to explore a Sydney based lifestyle?

Do you enjoy entertaining and interacting with guests?

A well-established Sydney based charter yacht is on the search for an experienced team to join their low-key private program for the Sydney summer and beyond.
The yacht is run to the highest standard and operates with a professional team of 3.
(additional crew taken on for larger charters, including a chef)
Trips will consist predominantly of short-day excursions in Sydney Harbour with a few overnighters in Pittwater around the December/January period.
As the yacht maintains a permanent berth in Sydney it would be the preference for the couple to have their own accommodation ashore (can be live on to begin with), may look to provide an apartment for the right team.
The crew will have a very experienced, friendly, and reasonable yacht manager for shore-based support who can assist the captain & stew with the overall management of the vessel when needed.
May consider a team seasonally for summer only

The Ideal Captain

• Energetic and professional
• Experience on vessels of similar size
• Local knowledge of Sydney harbour preferred (but not essential)
• Strong boat handling skills
• Strong engineering ability
• Good communication skills
• Can work within budgets
• Sound crew management skills
• Full work rights for Australia

The Ideal Stewardess

• 1-2 Seasons experience on yachts
• Exceptional service and housekeeping skills
• A strong allrounder, can assist on deck or in the galley when required
• Can assist with ships paperwork and accounts
• Familiar with provisioning in Australia
• Enjoys entertaining
• Highly presentable
• Full work rights for Australia

Salary- Negotiable for the right team, can release upon application. paid in Australian dollars + Super

Start Date- Before Mid-November
