We are completing a 86' carbon fast cruising private sail boat and seek an experienced individual who could help finish installations, commission, maintain and skipper. The plans are for offshore sailing as well as island cruising. In addition to sailing skills, the applicant must have good knowledge of systems including hydraulics, electrical and general sailboat rigging and maintenance. There will be no chartering. The boat has a medium size cruising interior in a fast carbon hull, with carbon mast, rigging and full hydraulics.  

The boat is in Ensenada Mexico and after commissioning it will sail to S California, then offshore. May participate in fun regattas. Flexible schedule and destination.

We would hire either a single individual or a couple with good sailing skills. Must have a positive proficient attitude, like adventure and love sailing.
