Fleet Manager - Superyacht

The Company

I am currently working with a growing Yacht Management Company, and have an exciting opportunity for a Fleet Manager to join the team.

The Role

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Yacht Manager to take the next step in their career.

As Fleet Manager you will enjoy a varied role. Reporting into the Managing Director you will be responsible for a fleet of Yachts - ensuring compliance is consistently achieved and supervising daily operations.

Key responsibilities of the role include being part of the Emergency Response Team, frequent communication with owners, representatives, crew and yacht managers , monitoring the yachts certification, budgeting, ensuring that vessels adhere to class and flag requirements and project management.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Yacht Management experience
• Seagoing experience as Master / Chief Officer on a yacht / passenger vessel
• Extensive maritime experience
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, as well as strong managerial skills
• Good attention to detail and strong budgeting experience
• It is essential that you have up to date knowledge of ISM/ISPS, SOLAS, MLC and STCW
• Fluent English language skills and Computer Literacy
