HOUSE MANAGER/S – LIVE IN COUPLE - STUNNING RESIDENCE - 100+ ACRES - BYRON BAY

OVERVIEW:

Looking for an energetic and enthusiastic couple to assist in managing the daily running of the property.

Ensuring the property is always safe and secure and maintained to the highest of standards.

Trustworthy, professional and discrete to deal with high-end clientele but personable enough to become part of the extended family.

Accommodation: A brand new self-contained 1-bedroom loft – beautiful finishes & spectacular views. Situated 200 metres from the main residence.

Manage the veggie garden:

• Planting, weeding, harvesting
• Turn garden produce into a family meal 2 x per week

Manage the general garden:

• Weed management
• Lawns & edges
• Blow/pick up leaves
• Prepare property for photo shoots

When family is away:

• Assist with house pack up
• Greet guests / guest concierge
• Keep property tidy
• Look after the family dog – provide love, walks and food

Household duties (occasional):

• Shopping & cooking
• Cleaning & laundry
• Babysitting (school age children)
• Deliver or collection of items
• Weekly carwash and clean

START DATE: September 2019

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: 30 hours per week on average.

SALARY: Based on experience. Discussed at interview stage.

REQUIREMENTS: Property management or Superyacht experience.
Must be an Australian or New Zealander, or have working rights within Australia.
