Position description

Organizing sales and marketing of the yachts for charter. As agent for the charter achieve the optimum number of crewed charters to fulfil the goals and fully satisfy guest requirements. To maximize the charter income,to take premium clients on board, to provide a complete and professional service. Planning PR stunts / promotions in International fairs and yacht shows. Drive co-marketing initiatives with key local partners in tourism and gastronomic products. Gain market share for the company in our products and geographies of coverage. First marketing release to the charter broker community in the yachting industry, Regular communication with our direct clients,Coordination of all yacht charter enquiries, Management of the reservation process and its contractual aspects, Handling distribution of charter funds. Management of special requests, concierge services if needed, etc.

Position requirements

• Business Development & sales experience with preferably 2-4 years in a sales-based role in Nautical Industry Super Yachts related fields.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth.
• Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills.
• Personable.social skills. Communication Skills. Oriented to achieve results
• Knowledge and experience in International Yacht charter market
• Knowledge of the tourism industry product in the Girona area
• Fluent in either multiple languages including English and Spanish
• Have worked at a start-up
